Empowering Health, One Massage at a Time

Welcome to Hands to Heal, where our mission is to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness through a variety of massage therapies. Our founder, Yael Acrich, is a licensed massage therapist with extensive training and experience in various modalities, including CranioSacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Sports Massage, and Swedish Massage. With a passion for healing and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body and mind, Yael is dedicated to helping her clients achieve balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Therapy Approaches

At Hands to Heal, we recognize that each individual is unique, with their own unique needs and goals. That's why we offer a variety of therapy approaches to cater to diverse needs and preferences. Our treatment options include:

CranioSacral Therapy

This gentle, light-touch therapy helps to balance the craniosacral system, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and alleviating symptoms such as headaches, neck and low back pain, and even chronic fatigue. By releasing tension in the central nervous system, CranioSacral Therapy can improve overall well-being and reduce the risk of illness.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a powerful tool for promoting spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. This gentle, non-invasive modality is based on the principles of universal energy and can help to balance the body's energy, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

Shiatsu Therapy

Shiatsu is a holistic approach to massage that targets the body's energy meridians, promoting the free flow of Qi and balancing the body's energy. This gentle, yet effective, therapy can help to ease tension, relieve pain, and promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a dynamic and invigorating approach to bodywork that combines stretching, pressure, and yoga-inspired movements to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

Sports Massage

Designed specifically for athletes and active individuals, Sports Massage helps to alleviate the stress and tension that builds up in the body's soft tissues due to overexertion or overuse. This therapy helps to promote recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and improve range of motion.
