Massage Experiences at Renu
Negative Experience
The majority of reviewers had positive experiences at Renu, but one reviewer, Rachel Kibbe, had a disappointing experience with her massage and cupping session. She found the facility to be fine, but the massage therapist, Renee, did not communicate effectively, used a machine that startled her, and was unresponsive to her requests for more pressure. The cups used for cupping were also not secured properly, and eight of them fell off during the session.
