Our Story
Our journey began in 2009 when our founding partners, Jennifer Boal and Dr. Bryan Mock, started discussing the potential of opening a spa. With Jennifer's expertise in massage and Bryan's knowledge of business development, they wanted to create a business that would be considered a premier spa by its clients and staff, with a local, family-owned atmosphere and affordable pricing options. After exploring various franchise options, they decided to take the independent route, opening our doors in July 2011.

Service Quality
The massage services at Evolve seem to have a mixed bag of experiences. While some customers, like Abigail Feeney and Stephanie Sabatos, had exceptional experiences with skilled massage therapists like Amber and Karen, respectively, others like Lindsay Davis and Melissa Whalen reported disappointing and unsettling encounters. Lindsay experienced difficulty redeeming a gift card due to a computer system upgrade, while Melissa had a massage therapist who left her feeling sore and tense instead of relaxed.
Communication Issues
Some customers expressed frustration with unclear communication. Anna, for example, felt that her massage therapist informed her at the last minute that he couldn't massage areas like the neck and shoulders, which she specifically requested. This inconsistency and lack of transparency led to a negative experience.
Staff and Ambiance
