Services
Therapeutic Massage
Our therapeutic massage combines multiple techniques to address muscle tension and promote wellness. Practitioners customize sessions using deep tissue, Esalen, and clinical methods. Each treatment adapts pressure and modalities to individual needs while incorporating optional vibroacoustic sound therapy for enhanced relaxation.
Vibroacoustic Therapy
This unique modality uses specialized massage tables with built-in sound panels to deliver vibrational therapy. The harmonic frequencies complement hands-on work, creating multidimensional healing experiences that engage both physical and energetic systems through synchronized sound vibrations.
Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna room features a custom sound therapy table for combined wellness sessions. The space accommodates two people and offers standalone or complementary treatment options that promote detoxification, muscle recovery, and stress reduction through heat and vibration.
Prenatal Massage
Specialized massage techniques address the unique needs of expectant mothers. Sessions focus on comfort, circulation, and muscle support while using modified positioning for safety and effectiveness throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted deep pressure techniques release chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. Practitioners use elbow and forearm methods to address specific problem areas while maintaining client comfort through personalized pressure adjustments during each session.
