I am certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy and RockTape kinesiotaping. In 2022, I began my journey with John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, taking Myofascial 1, 2 and Unwinding in Sedona, AZ. The work truly resonated with me in a way no other treatment previously had and I quickly decided to make JBMFR the sole focus of my practice. There are no cookie-cutter treatments, here!
