Our team specializes in Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue combination massage, which helps relieve pain and tension throughout various areas of the body. Our team, led by Christine, a licensed massage therapist and owner, graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2009. With seven years of experience in the field, Christine has worked at a Rehabilitation Center practicing medical massage alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Pain Management Doctors. She is a member of the ABMP/Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and ATMA/American Massage Therapy.

• Swedish Massage: Light to medium pressure promotes circulation and Lymph movement, helping to alleviate stress and chronic pain while improving sleep quality.
• Deep Tissue Massage: Releases muscle tension, provides deep pain relief, assists with chronic pain, and loosens scar tissue and lengthens the muscle.
• Trigger Point Therapy: Relieves tightness in muscle tissues, applies isolated pressure and release, and helps with pain management and stress from chronic pain.
• Chair Massage: Promotes circulation, decreases stress and anxiety, relieves muscle tension and headaches, and is the most convenient way to provide job stress relief.
• Aroma Therapy: Reduces anxiety and stress, eases depression, boosts energy levels, eliminates headaches, improves digestion, increases circulation, and strengthens the immune system.
• Geriatric Massage: Promotes circulation, improves balance and flexibility, increases joint movement, reduces pain and anxiety, and is tailored to meet the specific needs of older adults.

Pricing and Specials

At One Touch Massage Therapy, we understand the importance of making our services affordable and accessible. Our normal pricing rates for massage therapy are as follows:

• 60 min: $80.00
• 75 min: $85.00
