We provide a range of massage services, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, and Aromatherapy Massage. Our licensed, professional massage therapists use a variety of techniques to help alleviate tension, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being. We also offer chair massage services for offices and events, as well as canine massage for dogs. Additionally, we offer individual yoga instruction to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
Our Expertise
Our owner, Danika Lewis, has been practicing massage since 2007 and is licensed as a Massage Therapist in Idaho and Texas. She holds a BA degree in Sociology and a Minor in Fitness Instruction from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has been practicing yoga since 1997 and has completed a 200-hour certification through YogaFit.

Danika is certified in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Technique and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Our team of licensed massage therapists is skilled and professional, providing expert care to clients.
