Maureen Whitaker, LMT, RYT, MA
With over 40 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Maureen has developed a deep understanding of the neuromuscular system. She offers yoga therapy as a component of her massage therapy practice and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Maureen is also a continuing education provider for yoga teachers and has been teaching yoga in the Iyengar tradition since 1980.
Karen Evans, LMT
With 10 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Karen is passionate about providing a natural outlet for healing and promoting overall well-being. Her treatment approach focuses on reducing pain, restoring function, and encouraging movement. Karen is certified in prenatal and high-risk pregnancy massage and is trained in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage.
Kassie Herff, LMT
With a passion for natural and alternative healing, Kassie specializes in deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and sports massage. She incorporates various modalities, including hot stone and aromatherapy, to customize each massage to individual needs. Kassie is a wellness advocate for promoting self-care and is committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health.
