We began our journey in the healing arts with a deep curiosity about the bodys innate ability to restore balance. Our passion led us to a three-year residency at the Esalen Institute, where we immersed ourselves in transformative somatic practices, including Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, and Craniosacral Therapy. We pursued advanced clinical training at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UCSF, earning specialized certifications in oncology, neurology, palliative care, and pediatric massage. As former Lead Massage Therapist at UCSFs inpatient hospital, we provided compassionate, integrative care for medically complex patients. Today, we continue this work at MarinHealths outpatient and inpatient clinics while completing advanced training in palliative care through Healwell.
