Our Services

At Mend, we offer a range of massage therapies to meet your individual needs. From initial appointments to regular sessions, our goal is to provide a holistic and inclusive experience.

• Initial Appointment: Our initial appointments include a thorough consultation, assessment, and treatment tailored to your specific needs.
• 60-Minute Massage: Our standard massage therapy session, designed to target one or two problem areas.
• 90-Minute Massage: A longer session that allows us to address two or more problem areas.
• Complimentary Services: Many of our therapists incorporate additional services like Ashiatsu/Barefoot massage, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Balms and Liniments, Essential Oils, Heat packs and hot towels into your massage.

At Mend, we're committed to making massage therapy accessible to everyone. We're in-network with Pacific Source and credentialed with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. If your insurance policy covers massage therapy or if you've been in a motor vehicle accident, please mention it when scheduling your first appointment. We're happy to help with insurance billing and can provide more information on our insurance billing policies.
