Our team of massage therapists is comprised of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our therapists have extensive education in a variety of modalities, including Structural Body Work, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Relaxation Massage. Additionally, we have a strong understanding of the importance of communication and will work closely with you to develop a customized treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
Insurance & Injury
We recognize that massage therapy can play a critical role in the recovery process for individuals suffering from injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation claims, or personal injuries. At Living Well Massage, we are committed to helping our clients access the insurance coverage they need to receive the care they require.
Motor Vehicle Accident
If you are covered by an Oregon Insurance policy, you are entitled to Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or "no fault" coverage, which provides at least $15,000 in coverage for each person in the car at the time of the accident. We will maintain legal quality records, directly bill your insurance company, and coordinate case management with your referring provider.
Workers Compensation
If you were injured during the course of employment, we will work closely with you and your employer's insurance company to ensure you receive the necessary treatment and support. Personal Insurance
While we are not an active participant on any personal insurance panels, we have had success with select insurance companies that offer "self-bill for reimbursement" options. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and establish what documentation is needed for submission.
