Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers shared unpleasant experiences with IBS School of Cosmetology and Massage. Elanette Yehuda was outraged by the school's price increase policy, feeling disrespected by the lack of grandfathering of existing appointments. Rocio Dellarroquelle had her appointments canceled twice without notice, and Juliann Akers had her appointment rescheduled multiple times, only to find out that she wasn't on the schedule. Elanette Yehuda also felt nickel-and-dimed and treated poorly by the school.
