Payment and Insurance

We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and online payment platforms. For No Fault Insurance, we require a prescription stating the diagnosis from your physician.

General Policies

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a short intake form. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Gift certificates are available for purchase.
