Our licensed massage therapist, Audrey Vieux, specializes in Movement Therapy, Sports and Injury Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Trigger Point Therapy. She has a deep understanding of the human body and knows how to tailor each session to meet the specific needs of her clients. Audrey believes in the power of massage therapy to help people feel better and improve their overall well-being.
Audrey has a strong background in physical education and athletic training. She received her training in Massage Therapy from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge and skills by completing various certifications and training programs. She is certified as a personal trainer and has completed programs in nutrition and wellness coaching.
Audrey is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals. She believes in providing individualized therapy sessions that cater to each client's specific needs. - New Client Session: This session includes intake, a full body structural assessment, and a 75-minute massage therapy session to address your concerns. You will also receive corrective exercises if needed to help address imbalances.
- Myoskeletal & Injury Massage: This type of massage can help relieve chronic and acute pain by working on major muscle segments with specific, deeper techniques and mobility to stimulate blood flow and promote healing.
- Sports Massage: This type of massage is designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. It can help improve performance, reduce muscle tension, and aid in recovery.
- Russian Sports Massage: This type of massage uses a combination of strokes, stretching, and deep tissue work to promote relaxation and improve flexibility.
- Trigger Point Therapy: This type of therapy involves applying pressure to specific areas of the muscles to help release tension and promote relaxation.
- Deep Tissue Massage: This type of massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve pain and stiffness.

- Myoskeletal & Injury Massage: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)
- Sports Massage: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)
- Russian Sports Massage: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)
- Trigger Point Therapy: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)
- Deep Tissue Massage: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)
- Swedish Massage: $80 (60 minutes), $110 (90 minutes)

Hours and Schedule
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Saturday appointments are available upon request. You can schedule an appointment by calling us or using our online scheduling tool.
