Hi! I'm Jen Dexheimer, owner and sole practitioner of Journey to Wellness, Inc. I am an Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist and a passionate advocate for holistic health and well-being. I hold both a certificate in Massage Therapy as well as extensive experience in energy therapies such as Reiki.
