Regain Solace is a health and wellness practice that focuses on providing a welcoming, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for clients. We believe that educating our clients about health and wellness is crucial, and we strive to show them respect and meet their needs. Our goal is to help our clients renew their mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Shannon

Shannon, the founder of Regain Solace, is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) with a deep interest and strong beliefs in the benefits of exercise, health, and wellness. After experiencing the medical side of massage and seeing its benefits firsthand, Shannon decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. She is a 2009 graduate of the Dayton School of Medical Massage, an accredited school for Medical Massage in the State of Ohio. She has been licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio since August 2009 and is a member of the American Massage Council. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance.

Shannon has completed continuing education in various areas, including sports massage, kinesiology tape application, and Gua Sha. She is born and raised in the Northmont area and has settled in Englewood, OH. She has been maintaining her private practice, working as a contracted local massage therapist for multiple Cirque du Soleil shows, and working as the official massage therapist for various professional hockey teams.

Services Offered

Regain Solace offers a range of services designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. These services include:

• Massage: Shannon has been trained in various massage techniques, including Swedish, sports, hot stone, and pregnancy massage. She uses a range of techniques during each session, such as active isolated stretching, passive and active joint movements, Gua Sha, cupping, heat, and cold, to provide a unique experience tailored to each client's needs.
• Yoga Classes: Shannon is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and offers yoga classes off-site. She tailors each class to meet the needs of each individual and can modify poses based on the client's ability.
• Add-ons: Shannon offers various add-ons to enhance the massage experience, including hot stones and kinesiology taping.

Regain Solace offers custom massages by appointment, and prices vary depending on the length of the session. Shannon accepts appointments Tuesday-Saturday, and clients are encouraged to book online.
