Staff and Customer Service
The receptionist at the salon received negative comments for being unprofessional and rude. One reviewer mentioned that the receptionist was condescending and laughed about a homeless person, which killed the mood for their entire session. Another reviewer had a similar experience, where the receptionist answered the phone unprofessionally and had an attitude when trying to book an appointment.
On the other hand, many reviewers praised specific staff members, such as Omani, Rebecca, Yvonne, Brenda, Alexa, and Teena, for being sweet, gentle, efficient, and providing excellent customer service.
Groupon and Booking Issues
Some reviewers experienced issues when trying to use Groupon vouchers or booking appointments. One reviewer was given a hard time when trying to use a Groupon, and was told it was only for new customers, despite the fine print stating it was valid every 180 days. Another reviewer was frustrated with the limited hours and long wait time for an appointment, leading them to cancel their Groupon.
Hair and Beauty Services
