At Renew Day Spa, we strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

• Communication: Let us know if you have any specific needs or preferences during your treatment. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

• Silence: Please refrain from using your phone or speaking loudly during your treatment. We want to ensure that all of our guests can fully relax and enjoy their experience.

• Payment: We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and gift certificates. Please make sure to settle your bill before leaving the spa.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
