- Integrative Massage: This comprehensive massage therapy incorporates various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Thai Massage, tailored to address specific areas of tension or pain.
- Prenatal Massage: This specialized massage therapy is designed to alleviate discomfort and promote overall well-being during pregnancy. Performed primarily in a side-lying position, bolstered by pillows and props, this treatment aims to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and alleviate nerve pain.
- Postpartum Massage: This therapeutic bodywork is tailored to support the healing process and promote relaxation during the early stages of parenthood. Abdominal massage may also be incorporated to aid in the rebalancing of organs and support digestion.
- CBD Massage: Our custom blend of CBD oil, essential oils, and herbal heat packs combine to provide a unique and rejuvenating treatment experience. This therapy helps to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation.

Lauren has advanced training in perinatal bodywork and understands the importance of supporting clients through the unique challenges of motherhood.

If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, with the exception of illness or medical events.
