Empowering the body's innate wisdom for optimal well-being
At Yoga Somatic Therapy, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their physical and emotional well-being. Our approach is rooted in the principles of Somatic Experiencing, Bodywork, and Classical Hatha Yoga, combining both Eastern and Western healing modalities to create a unique and integrative approach to wellness.
What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic Therapy is a body-centered, trauma-informed approach that focuses on the relationship between the body and mind. It is a collaborative process that seeks to understand and address the physical and emotional experiences that arise from past traumas, stress, and daily life. Through this process, individuals can gain greater awareness of their inner experiences, allowing them to develop more resilience, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others.
