*Cathleen "Cat" Simcox LMT, AAS, RMT, RYT*

Cat has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006, passionately committed to supporting her clients' overall well-being. In addition to her state medical license and massage diploma, Cat holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, specializing in massage therapy. This advanced education has provided her with a deep understanding of various massage techniques, including neuro-muscular therapy, ortho-bionicmy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.

*Ashlee Alison LMT*

Ashlee genuinely enjoys working one-on-one with individuals, striving to help them feel their best. Since graduating from her massage therapy program in 2012, she has worked in a spa setting and built a thriving client-centered practice. Ashlee specializes in trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, Swedish massage, and relaxation techniques. She believes in applying pressure slowly during deep tissue massage to minimize discomfort and allow the body to fully relax. Ashlee's treatments range from targeted work on chronic pain areas and injuries to full-body muscle tension and stress reduction. She sees massage therapy as an integral part of a holistic approach to health and wellness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of nutrition, exercise, and soft tissue release.

Julie's passion for massage therapy stems from years of helping family members alleviate pain and restore functionality. She possesses a natural gift for knowing what techniques to use to provide relief. Julie is known for her gentle yet effective touch, adeptly adjusting her pressure to match each client's individual preference. Whether a client needs firm pressure for deep muscle work or a more soothing approach, Julie tailors her massage to ensure a comfortable and therapeutic experience.

Dena offers a unique perspective on healing, guiding individuals toward self-discovery and expanded potential. Her approach combines wisdom circles, thoughtfully designed programs, and one-on-one mentoring to support clients on their personal journeys. Whether it's through guided meditations, self-study programs, or in-depth mentoring sessions, Dena empowers clients to embark on a path of growth and transformation.
