Our story began in 2012 when our founder, Paula VanBaalen, had a vision to create a massage experience that heals both the body and mind. With a passion for helping others, Paula started her practice in the back room of a hair salon, but soon realized that the demand for therapeutic massage was much greater than she could provide on her own. In 2014, she expanded her practice to a multi-therapist massage clinic, and today, we have two expert pain and stress relief specialists on staff.
