• Relaxation Massage: A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation, range of movement, and relieves muscular tension.
• Pregnancy Massage: A specialized massage designed to aid in the relief of aching back muscles and heavy legs during pregnancy.
• Manual Lymph Drainage: A technique that uses manual manipulation to move lymph fluids towards the lymph nodes.

Our team of licensed massage therapists is committed to providing exceptional massage therapy services. Each of our therapists has extensive training in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release, pressure point, and trigger point. Our therapists are dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Meet Our Therapists

• Rikki: Licensed since 2021, Rikki graduated from Cuyahoga Community College's Massage Program in 2021. She uses a variety of techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping.
• Kristin: Licensed since 2022, Kristin graduated from Cuyahoga Community College's Massage Program in 2022, also completing a short-term advanced massage therapy certificate. She loves being able to relieve stress and address pain through trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
• Nikki: Licensed since 2023, Nikki graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in 2023. She is passionate about helping others and educating them on healing themselves.
• Elisabeth: Licensed since 1996, Elisabeth graduated from Ohio College of Massotherapy in 1996. She is certified in Manual Lymph Drainage and has studied Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage Technique for cervical pain, Cupping, Kinesio taping, and Reiki.
• Donna: Licensed since 1995, Donna received her Massage License in 1995. She is trained in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and has been referred to as a "body mechanic" for her ability to tailor each massage to her clients' needs.
• Katie: Licensed since 2015, Katie graduated from Advanced Bodywork and Massage Institute in 2014. She is well-versed in myofascial trigger point release and stretching techniques.
