Our licensed massage therapist, Elizabeth Richmond Posluns, uses a combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to address specific areas of tension and discomfort. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or simply wanting to indulge in some relaxation time, we have a treatment option to suit your needs.

Standard Massages

• Hour-long Swedish or deep tissue massage: $75
• 90-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage: $115

Package Pricing

• 3 one-hour massages for $205
• 3 90-minute massages for $285

Injury Treatment Massage

• $100

Reiki Session

• 60-minute Reiki session: $60
• 30-minute Reiki add-on to a massage session: $30
