About the Practitioner

NorthStar Massage is owned and operated by a 2000 graduate of The National Institute of Massotherapy. With over two decades of experience, our practitioner has honed their skills in a variety of modalities, including Neuro-muscular Trigger Pt. Therapy and Ortho-Bionomy. They are also certified by the Ohio BWC and experienced in handling personal injury cases.

We understand that every client has unique needs and preferences, and we strive to tailor our services accordingly. Whether you are seeking treatment for specific pain issues or a relaxing therapeutic experience, we are here to help. Policies and Forms

At NorthStar Massage, we are committed to making your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help us achieve this goal, we have a few policies in place:

• We require all new clients to complete a client intake form prior to their first appointment. This form can be downloaded from our "Helpful Forms" page or completed in-person at your appointment.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample time for check-in and preparation.
• If you are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to adjust the length of your session to ensure that we respect the schedules of our subsequent clients.
