Our Serenity Oasis
Located in the heart of Louisville, our spa is a serene and peaceful oasis where you can escape the stresses of everyday life. Our facility is conveniently located on the first floor of the 2011 Clifton Lofts building, with three designated parking spaces and an entire back guest parking lot for your convenience. We are handicap accessible and have several parking spaces available.
Cancellation Policy
At Sanctuary Massage & Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a cancellation, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.
