Combines assisted Thai stretching with traditional massage for enhanced flexibility and muscle relaxation. First 15 minutes involve clothed stretching, followed by 45 minutes of personalized Swedish or deep tissue massage to address specific concerns.
Pre-Natal Massage
Specialized care for expectant mothers using side-lying or prenatal pillow positioning. Addresses lower back pain and pregnancy-related discomfort through gentle, targeted techniques that promote circulation and relaxation throughout all trimesters.

Uses warmed stones to enhance circulation and muscle relaxation. Therapists apply stones directly to tension areas while incorporating customized massage strokes, making it particularly effective for sore muscles and stress relief.
