Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. This service targets muscle tension through kneading and circular movements, making it ideal for stress relief. Clients seeking a gentle introduction to massage therapy will benefit from this foundational technique.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage addresses chronic muscle tension through focused pressure on deeper muscle layers. This service targets specific problem areas like shoulders and back, using slow strokes to break up adhesions. It's particularly effective for clients with repetitive strain injuries or postural imbalances.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy combines heated stones with massage techniques to melt away muscle tension. The stones' warmth increases blood flow while therapists use them to apply pressure to specific areas. This service offers dual benefits of heat therapy and hands-on muscle manipulation for deep relaxation.
Cupping
Cupping therapy uses suction to release muscle tightness and improve circulation. This service targets fascial restrictions through controlled negative pressure, complementing traditional massage techniques. It's particularly beneficial for clients with chronic pain or restricted mobility.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage addresses pregnancy-related discomforts through specialized positioning and techniques. This service focuses on reducing swelling, relieving back pain, and promoting relaxation for expectant mothers. Therapists use side-lying positions and avoid specific pressure points to ensure safety during pregnancy.
