Integrated Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting chronic tension, this customized therapy blends deep pressure techniques to alleviate muscular strain. Focused on restoring mobility and reducing pain, it addresses adhesions and knots in soft tissue. Recommended for individuals with persistent muscle discomfort or postural imbalances seeking long-term relief.

Designed for rehabilitation, this treatment involves assessment and targeted manipulation of soft tissue to address specific dysfunctions. Often used for injury recovery or chronic conditions, it requires physical evaluation to tailor techniques to the clients medical needs and improve structural balance.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates lymph flow to reduce swelling and boost immunity. Beneficial for detoxification or post-surgical recovery, it helps manage fluid retention and supports the bodys natural healing processes through light, meditative touch.
