Swedish Massage
Our Swedish massage is a classic full-body massage that targets tension and toxins in your muscles. Performed with long gliding strokes, kneading, and deep circular movements, this massage aims to relax your entire body and stimulate nerve endings. To enhance the benefits, we recommend drinking plenty of water after your massage to help flush out toxins and promote lymphatic drainage.
Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu is a unique barefoot massage technique that uses the massage therapist's feet to apply pressure to the muscles. Also known as "barefoot massage, " this ancient therapy has been practiced for thousands of years in India and Asia. By using the therapist's feet, Ashiatsu provides a deeper and more effective massage experience, targeting areas of tension and tightness.
Cupping
Cupping is a technique that uses suction cups to stimulate blood flow and loosen muscles. This can be especially beneficial for areas of tension and knots in the body. During the cupping session, you'll also receive a 15-minute Swedish massage to help your body relax and respond to the cupping treatment.
Prenatal Massage
As a certified prenatal massage therapist, Ashley is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for expectant mothers. Prenatal massage can help alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, sciatica, and swelling. We recommend prenatal massage during the second and third trimesters.
CBD Massage
Our CBD massage incorporates the benefits of cannabidiol oil into your massage experience, enhancing the relaxation and calming effects of the massage.

All massages are performed by appointment only. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your massage. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees.
