Services
Swedish Massage
This foundational massage technique uses long, flowing strokes toward the heart to relax muscles, improve circulation, and stimulate lymphatic drainage. Ideal for stress relief and general wellness, it helps reduce pain levels while promoting immune system function through increased blood flow and toxin removal. Clients benefit from customized pressure adjustments to suit individual comfort preferences.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting chronic muscle tension and pain, this modality employs deep pressure techniques to release knots and realign muscle fibers. Particularly effective for neck, back, and shoulder issues, it addresses chronic contraction patterns and athletic injuries through focused manual therapy. Sessions incorporate postural assessment and corrective stretching for lasting pain relief and improved mobility.
Hot Stone Therapy
Utilizing heated basalt stones, this treatment combines thermal therapy with massage to melt away muscle tension and enhance circulation. The stones' penetrating heat reaches deep muscle layers more effectively than manual pressure alone, creating profound relaxation while improving blood flow and reducing stress hormones. Ideal for chronic pain and stress-related conditions.
CBD Custom Massage
This specialized treatment combines CBD-infused oil application with therapeutic massage techniques to address inflammation and chronic pain. The cannabinoids interact with the body's endocannabinoid system to reduce discomfort while the massage enhances absorption and targets specific problem areas. Particularly beneficial for arthritis sufferers and those seeking natural anxiety relief.
Couples Massage
Designed for shared wellness experiences, this service offers synchronized treatments in a private suite. Available in standard and deluxe packages, it combines therapeutic massage with relaxing amenities like paraffin treatments and complimentary beverages. Enhances relationship well-being through simultaneous stress reduction in a serene environment.
