Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Busaba Thai Massage & Spa, we understand the importance of punctuality and respect for our clients' time. Therefore, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Same-day cancellations will incur a full charge for the scheduled service.
