The majority of reviewers had an excellent experience with American Chiropractic, with five-star ratings and glowing reviews. They describe the staff as easy to work with, considerate, and knowledgeable. One reviewer, Marshall Bloom, has been a client for 14 years and credits the staff with helping him improve his body and neck over the years.
However, there is one review that stands out as a negative exception. Jessalynn Freedon gave a 2-star rating and expressed disappointment with her experience. According to her review, her mother was unable to find help at the front desk, and one of the doctors was rude. They felt it was not worth visiting this chiropractic office in favor of finding an alternative.
