Founded by Amanda Snow, a licensed massage therapist and certified aromatherapist with over 20 years of experience, The Rustic Remedy offers personalized massage sessions tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

Amanda's passion for massage therapy stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of touch to heal and rejuvenate. She approaches each session with a gentle and compassionate touch, combining a variety of massage techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Her journey in massage began in 2002 at Gateway Community and Technical College, after which she has continuously invested in her education, accumulating hundreds of hours of continuing education, including 235 hours dedicated to the art of aromatherapy. This dedication to ongoing learning allows Amanda to offer a holistic and comprehensive approach to massage therapy, incorporating aromatherapy into her sessions to enhance your overall experience.

This may include techniques like deep tissue work, Swedish massage, sports massage, or myofascial release, all designed to release tension, improve mobility, and bring you a sense of deep relaxation.

We also offer specialized prenatal and postnatal massage designed to support expectant and new mothers. Throughout pregnancy, the body undergoes significant changes, and our prenatal massage sessions provide gentle support and relief for common discomforts such as back pain, leg cramps, and swelling. Postpartum massage helps to ease the transition back to pre-pregnancy physical conditions while promoting healing and relaxation.
