Rates and Scheduling
Our rates are set by treatment length, with each 15-minute increment. We offer loyalty rates for clients who schedule appointments within a two-month window. - Sports Massage: Utilizes specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain.
- Swedish Massage: Promotes relaxation with soothing/kneading strokes to improve muscle tone, circulation, digestion, elimination, joint mobility; swelling and stress reduction.
- Prenatal Therapy: Specifically designed for expectant mothers, emphasizing securing the body in the proper position to maintain comfort and provide relief to the lower back, hips, and legs.
