Signature Massage

Our signature massage is a fusion of various techniques designed to provide deep relaxation and pain relief. Our skilled therapists will work with you to tailor the massage to your specific needs, ensuring that you leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Ashiatsu

The original barefoot bar massage technique uses deep tissue/compression strokes that glide over the body. Specific strokes create a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage and provide deep relaxation. This unique and innovative technique will leave you feeling more flexible and relaxed.

ARoMATOUCH

doTERRA's AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. This holistic approach promotes overall wellness and relaxation.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna Therapy has long been recommended by practitioners in alternative health circles. Our Infrared Sauna is a two-person, Full-Spectrum Sauna with Chromotherapy. Chromotherapy restores various energy points to help balance the body. This therapy is beneficial for detoxification, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Sound Therapy

Integral Sound Therapy is the playing of specialized instruments in therapeutic ways combined with self-reflection to improve your overall well-being. This unique therapy promotes deep relaxation and healing.

Mandy Lund - Owner/Massage Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant/doTERRA Wellness Advocate

Mandy attended Sister Roslind Gefre Schools of Massage where she earned her certificate of massage, I completed over 720 hours of hands-on training in many therapy techniques in 2004. She also obtained her certificates in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and AromaTouch Technique to offer a variety of massage modalities to meet clients' needs. Along with years of continuing education courses on cupping, myofascial release, essential oils, and therapeutic exercises/stretches. She has also been practicing as a Physical Therapist Asst. since 2000. Throughout her career as a PTA, she has gained excellent knowledge of the human body. She has treated a wide variety of diagnoses and has gained knowledge on proper body mechanics, posture, and implementing proper stretching and exercise routines to enhance activities of daily living and increase functional wholeness in each individual's lifestyle. Due to her therapy background, she leans toward therapeutic massage to achieve and maintain optimal range of motion and muscle performance. Throughout her life, she has been blessed with helping people & teaching them natural ways to help heal themselves & their loved ones. She was introduced to doTERRA in 2014 and found many answers she was searching for. Since then, she has become a more empowered mom & therapist with the help of the beneficial properties found in essential oils & all doTERRA products. She would love to help & teach you what she has learned throughout her journey.

Kelly Vlieger - Massage Therapist/doTERRA Wellness Advocate

Kelly was raised in and graduated from Windom Schools. She obtained her massage certification from Sister Rosalind Gefre's Professional School of Massage in Mankato, Mn. She has been and continues to massage part-time in Windom since graduating in 2001. Her massages range from relaxing to deep tissue depending on clients' needs. Over the last several years, she has become certified in AromaTouch Technique, Level 1 Integral Sound Healing and became a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. She is currently continuing her education in Level 2 Sound Healing Group work.

Bileigh Anacker - Massage Therapist

Bileigh is a deep tissue massage therapist starting her career at ReVitalize Massage Therapy. She is so excited for her opportunity to help people by relieving their aches and pains through cupping, muscle scraping tools, deep tissue, and relaxing massage techniques.
