Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a medium pressure relaxation massage. It is performed using an oil or lotion. The therapist applies oil to the body and gradually administers a series of strokes designed to induce relaxation, enhance circulation, and increase range of motion. The main strokes of Swedish massage are gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping and shaking movements.
Myofascial Therapy
Myofascial Therapy is a form of deep tissue massage. It releases areas of restriction and dysfunction within the fascial tissue. Very little oil or lotion is used during a Myofascial Therapy massage. The therapist will loosen the outer most layers of the epidermis and then will move to the innermost layers of connective tissue and fascia.
Energy Boost Massage
Energy Boost Massage uses essential oils to increase vitality. The essential oils are mixed in a base oil and applied to the body using Swedish Massage techniques. Hot and cold compresses are used to help the essential oils enter the bloodstream. This is an invigorating experience that promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
