At 3B's Massage and Bodywork, we strive to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients to achieve balance between their physical and energetic bodies. Our private studio is designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation, with noise kept to a minimum and a peaceful atmosphere that begins the moment you walk in the door. We offer a range of services tailored to each client's individual needs and level of comfort.

About

Owner and operator Vicki Buelow has been living in the Fox Valley for over 40+ years and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. With a philosophy of treating the body as a whole, Vicki combines physical therapeutic benefits of massage with the energetic benefits of Reiki and Crystals to achieve balance in the body and mind.

Services

We offer a wide variety of health and wellness modalities, including:

• Massage Therapy: Demonstrated as an effective treatment for reducing stress, anxiety, pain, and muscle tension, massage therapy is tailored to each individual's body and specific needs at the time of their appointment.
• Reiki & Energy Work: Reiki and Crystal Therapy are healing practices that address the energetic body, and they can have profound effects when combined with bodywork or experienced on their own.
• Equine Massage Therapy: Designed to help horses achieve optimal health and performance, our equine massage therapy is tailored to each horse's individual needs.

Info for New Clients

Before your first visit, there are a few things to keep in mind, including health history paperwork, appointment policies, what to expect, and the best way to find the studio. Please plan on arriving 5 to 10 minutes before every appointment, and be aware that services that begin late may be shortened in order to accommodate the start time of the following appointment. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations, and all appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the original cost.

Our studio is located on the second floor of the building, right up the stairs from the entrance. The beauty of this space is the sense of quiet, with a peaceful atmosphere that begins the moment you walk in the door.
