Scam Calls
A reviewer named J. was frustrated with constant spam calls to their phone number, despite never having been to Massachusetts. They tried calling back to add themselves to the do-not-call list but received no answer.

In contrast, two reviewers, Brian McCarthy and Leo McNamara, had positive experiences with Janet.
