As a licensed and practicing massage therapist since 1994, I have dedicated my craft to helping individuals relax, heal, and recharge. With a vast range of techniques at my disposal, I take the time to listen to each client's unique needs and tailor my approach to provide a personalized experience.

History

My own journey with massage therapy began at a young age, when I was just 11 years old. Suffering from migraines and sciatic pain, I was introduced to chiropractic and massage therapy, which ultimately led to my recovery. This powerful experience sparked a lifelong passion for the healing arts, and I went on to graduate from The American Institute of Massage Therapy (AIMT) in 1994. Since then, I have continued to expand my skillset through numerous trainings and workshops, including sports massage, geriatric massage, and zero balance.

Modalities

My approach to massage therapy is centered around the concept of interstitial massage, which focuses on manipulating the tissue texture, space between fibers, and movement in the layers of tissue. This meticulous approach allows me to work closely with clients to address a wide range of issues, from chronic pain and injuries to stress and mental wellbeing. Some of the techniques I may employ during a session include integrated deep tissue, Swedish, acupressure, myofascial and tendon work, shiatsu, lomi lomi, reflexology, reiki, PNF/PPNF, abdominal massage, lymphatic drainage, and cupping massage.
