Henry Cloud Massage LMT

Henry, the founder of Coherent Touch, has been a massage therapist since his initial training at the Esalen Institute in 1889. He became certified in The Feldenkrais Method in 1992 and has since trained in various manual therapies, including lymphatic massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, and Reiki. Henry has been maintaining his private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Missoula, Montana since 1996. He is passionate about teaching workshops and continuing education classes throughout the West. Henry tailors each session to the unique needs of individual clients, having worked on newborns, centenarians, and everyone in between.

Modalities

Coherent Touch specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Cranial Sacral, Feldenkrais, and Lymphatic Massage. These therapies aim to enhance the body's natural ability to heal and regenerate.

• Therapeutic Massage - Extensive studies by the Touch Research Institute and Medical Universities of Harvard, Duke, and Miami have shown that massage therapy positively affects various conditions, including anxiety, stress, Alzheimer's, arthritis, attention deficit disorder, blood pressure stabilization, and cancer, among others.
• Cranial Sacral - The craniosacral system is one of the human body's most exquisitely designed systems. Comprised of the cerebral spinal fluid, membranes, and cranial bones, vertebra, and sacrum, the craniosacral system provides structural integrity to the brain and spinal cord. Therapy aims to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and the entire body.
• Feldenkrais - This method focuses on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul. Through the use of curiosity, intention, movement, breath, and attention in a non-judgemental and playful environment, Feldenkrais helps individuals understand and realize their unique abilities.
• Lymphatic Massage - A healthy lymph system is crucial for optimal health. Lymph massage is a very gentle touch that follows a specific protocol of direction and timing. Effective lymph massage can help improve lymph flow, enhance the immune system, and promote overall well-being.

Henry's office hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am to 7 pm. His practice, Coherent Touch, is located at 1805 Bancroft St. Suite 3, Missoula, MT 59801.
