Holistic Healing Modalities

Our skilled massage therapists and experienced yoga teachers provide a unique, holistic, and therapeutic experience to each individual. We practice with "Metta" or loving kindness, starting with ourselves and extending it to others around us. Our services include:

• Massage: We offer a range of massage therapies, including Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, TUiNa Massage Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage Therapy, Thai Massage Therapy, Lomi Lomi, and Ashiatsu (DeepFeet) Therapy. Our massages are customized for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and our therapists work with you to create a personalized experience.
• Yoga & Meditation: Our yoga and meditation classes are designed for all levels and are taught by experienced instructors. We offer a variety of classes, including Flow, Hatha, Yin, Somatic Mindfulness, and Yin Yoga. Our classes are small, allowing for individualized attention and adjustments.
• Acupuncture: Our acupuncture services are ideal for those seeking effective pain management. We utilize a highly unique approach called Coaching The Body (also known as Clinical Thai Bodywork), which synthesizes bodywork, trigger point therapy, and cutting-edge insights from neuroscience to eliminate pain at its source.

Our Founder

Crescent Moon Wellness Center was founded by Nikelle Burrough, a BS, LMT, CTB, 500 RYT, and AMTA member. Nikelle's personal journey led her to leave her sales job in 2008 and begin learning how to heal. She wanted to help others on their path in a safe and supported environment, which led her to open Crescent Moon Wellness Center. Nikelle is committed to creating an open and supportive environment for each individual's growth and welcomes you to our center.

Classes and Events

All classes, services, and events can be booked online, and we encourage you to check our MindBody app for the most up-to-date schedule information. Our classes include Flow with Nikelle, Hatha with Katie, Yin with Nadine, Somatic Mindfulness with Alison, Yin Yoga with Ash, and Flow with Frank. We also offer Singing Bowl and special events throughout the year.
