Our Team
Our team is led by Chiffonia White, a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. Chiffonia has a deep passion for massage therapy and is committed to providing each client with an individualized session that yields positive results and promotes awareness of wellness. She is also an instructor at Lincoln Land Community College for the Massage Therapy Program and is dedicated to mentoring other entrepreneurs as they start their own businesses.

Massage Modalities
- Swedish Massage: A relaxing massage using long flowing strokes with medium pressure intended to relieve stress, decrease muscle toxins, and improve circulation and flexibility.
- Deep Tissue Massage: A type of massage that uses slower strokes and deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension and relieve issues such as back pain, stiff neck, sore shoulders, and leg muscle tightness.
- Therapeutic Massage: A type of massage that focuses on one or several specific areas of the body to reduce stress, relieve pain, and support in releasing contracted muscle immobility.
- Aromatherapy Massage: A soothing massage combined with the use of 9 different essential oils strategically applied to stimulate and balance both nervous systems.
