Our massage therapy sessions integrate Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and Relaxation techniques to customize your treatment to your specific healing needs. Each 60-minute session is carefully crafted to ensure a rejuvenating and rejuvenating experience.

Ayurvedic Body Treatments

About Ina Rucker, LMT and AHP

As a licensed massage therapist (NM #5132) and Ayurvedic health care practitioner, I have spent many years studying the most effective techniques to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. My education includes training in Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Cranial Sacral work, Thai Table Massage, and Ayurvedic Polarity Therapy, among others. With a deep understanding of the human body and the principles of Ayurveda, I am committed to providing personalized therapy sessions that cater to each client's unique needs.

Policies

At Body Health Therapy LLC, we appreciate the importance of transparency and clear communication. To ensure a seamless experience, we request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be given time extensions, and a full payment for services will be expected.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be redeemed for services and are non-refundable. No shows or untimely cancellations/changes will result in forfeit of the gift certificate.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge. Prices listed on the menu do not include NM sales tax, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Cell Phones

For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that all cell phones be placed on silent mode in all service areas.

Group Bookings and Series Packages

Group bookings require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling and a 2-week notice of cancellation to avoid non-refundable deposit. Multiple service bookings may require a 50% deposit or credit card reservation. Our series packages are designed to maximize the results of your treatments, and pre-payment is required.
