Prenatal Massage

We offer pregnancy massages in the second and third trimester. Our pregnancy suite must be requested in advance, allowing you to relax on our custom-shaped pregnancy massage pillows or table. Our prenatal massage is designed to ease back pain, leg cramps, and muscle soreness, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for expectant mothers.

Headache Relief Massage

Our Headache Relief Massage has been specially designed for people who struggle with headaches, migraines, sinus pressure, and jaw/TMJ pain. This treatment focuses on soothing tension in the head, neck, and face to bring you the comfort and relaxation you deserve.

Our team of licensed and experienced massage therapists are dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized treatment. Our therapists are required to take continuing education courses on a yearly basis to ensure they stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry standards.

Our Director

Robin Ehrlich, Director of Eastside Massage Therapy Center, is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 35 years of experience. She has an extensive background in advanced medical massage and has worked at the International Center for the Disabled and the Rehabilitation Services Department at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. As an expert in Manual Lymph Drainage, she provides post-surgical massage and scar tissue massage by appointment only.
