Zensitivity Massage and Wellness LLC was founded by Nicole Lott, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Medical Massage Practitioner, who is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal well-being through the power of therapeutic massage. After 25 years in the corporate world, Nicole discovered the profound impact massage therapy could have on physical, emotional, and mental health. This realization ignited her desire to pursue a career in this field, leading her to enroll in massage therapy school in 2015.

Nicole's background in business provided her with valuable skills in client management and practice development, complementing her therapeutic knowledge. Graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017, she established Zensitivity Massage and Wellness LLC in Brookfield, Connecticut. Throughout her career, Nicole has gained extensive experience working in various settings, constantly expanding her skillset and deepening her understanding of the human body and its interconnected systems.

Driven by a scientific approach to healing, Nicole specialized in clinical/medical massage, focusing on enhancing range of motion, alleviating pain, and guiding clients towards healthier, pain-free lives. In June 2020, she achieved certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner, further solidifying her expertise in this specialized field.

Nicole's commitment to helping others goes beyond traditional massage therapy. After facing and overcoming breast cancer, she discovered the unique needs of cancer patients and sought further training in Oncology Massage. Passionate about empowering individuals during their cancer journey, Nicole now serves as an Oncology Massage Therapist at both Yale New Haven Health, Smilow Cancer Center and Hartford HealthCare, St. Vincent's Medical Center. Witnessing the positive impact of her work on patients' well-being brings immense fulfillment to Nicole.

A dedicated and knowledgeable professional, Nicole is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and contributes to the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB) by helping develop the MBLEX exam. She finds joy in sharing her expertise and passion with fellow massage therapists and aspiring professionals.

Away from the clinic, Nicole embraces a life filled with purpose. She resides on an organic farm with her family, where they provide a loving home to numerous rescued animals.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique that encourages the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. MLD can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions that may disrupt lymph flow.
