- Massage
Massage is more than just working muscles. It's a way to listen to your body, intuitively guide the session according to your body's needs, and help you experience less pain and tension, and more relaxation and relief. Our massage services are tailored to your specific needs and may include the use of essential oils, heat treatment, warm towels, and cupping therapy at no additional charge.
- Relaxation Massage
Our relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style of massage that uses your preferred pressure to promote general relaxation, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and flexibility, decrease muscle toxins, and leave you with that "ahhhhh. I needed that" feeling.
- Therapeutic Massage
In our therapeutic massage sessions, we work together with a shared goal of structural changes within the body, generally over a series of regular massages. Through a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques along with Trigger Point and Neuromuscular Therapy where needed, your body will be able to relax while still experiencing the benefits of deep muscle work.
- Reiki Massage
Our Reiki massage is a synergistic blend of relaxing Swedish massage and energy work, designed to activate your body's natural healing capability. The session helps to relax, ground, unblock, align, and bring harmony to your body and spirit.
- Heat Therapy
We use the Synergy Stone Heat Wave Massage Tools for heat treatment therapy. Synergy Stones blend Hot Stone Relaxation with Therapeutic results.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and encourages physical and emotional healing. Your body contains all of the wisdom you need to heal. Reiki can light the way, illuminate your mind, free your spirit, and heal your body.
About Laurie Hayden
Hi, I'm Laurie! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and the proud owner of Willow Tree Massage & Reiki. I feel absolutely grateful and fortunate to work in a field that allows me to help other people to feel their very best. As a former Human Resources Manager, I know a thing or two about maintaining perspective, finding clarity, and staying true to one's heart when it comes to handling a chaotic life. I left my career in HR to live a life more in alignment with my soul's purpose and to help others do the same.
I am trained and certified in multiple energy healing modalities, including Reiki. I believe wholeheartedly that massage can facilitate healing not only for the body but for the mind and spirit as well. My approach to bodywork is a balance of relaxation and therapeutic results.
