From a young age, I have been fascinated by the human body and its incredible ability to heal itself. Witnessing firsthand the impact of chronic and acute pain on individuals sparked a deep desire within me to help alleviate suffering and improve quality of life. This passion led me to pursue a career in massage therapy, seeking to provide gentle yet effective relief from pain and discomfort.

In 2008, after completing my training at UTMI, Just Relax Therapeutic Massage was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shortly after, I earned my board certification as a massage therapist, further solidifying my commitment to providing professional and evidence-based care. A year later, I specialized in myofascial trigger point therapy, deepening my understanding of how muscle tension and connective tissue dysfunction contribute to pain and movement restrictions.

Myofascial trigger points are often referred to as "knots" in the muscle tissue. These tightly bound areas can develop from injury, overuse, or stress, radiating pain to other parts of the body. Myofascial trigger point therapy focuses on directly releasing these trigger points, restoring muscle function, and relieving pain. Through my combined expertise in traditional massage techniques and myofascial trigger point therapy, I offer a holistic approach to pain management.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals overcome various pain conditions. From chronic headaches and neck pain to lower back issues, hip pain, and even digestive problems, my target is to help you regain mobility, reduce pain, and experience a sense of well-being.

I offer two primary types of massage therapy: Swedish Massage and Myofascial Trigger Point Massage.

  • Myofascial Trigger Point Massage:
