Our Therapists
Our team consists of highly trained and experienced therapists who specialize in various modalities, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and breath work. Each of our therapists has a unique approach to their work, which is informed by their individual experiences and training. Our team includes Ida Aspinall, Rebekah Hall, Leah Dahle, and John Hall, all of whom have a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of maintaining healthy muscles, joints, and fascia.
