Our founder, Ellen Rowe, LMT, Reiki Master/Teacher, is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness. With a loving family and a fulfilling life, Ellen decided to dedicate her career to serving others by completing a 600-hour therapeutic massage program at The Healing Arts Center. She has since continued her education with numerous continuing education classes, specializing in Infant care and Geriatric massage, enabling her to serve clients of all ages.

Ellen's approach to massage therapy is centered on the belief that causing pain is not the best way to treat pain. Instead, she uses a variety of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Pressure Point Therapy, Point Release Therapy, Ashiatsu, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki, to address each client's unique needs and achieve the best possible results.

We offer a range of massage services designed to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Our modalities include:

• Aromatherapy or Pillossage: Enhance your massage experience with the therapeutic benefits of essential oils or heated rice bags.

• Ashiatsu Massage: Experience the unique sensation of long strokes and deep pressure using the therapist's feet. Available in 60 minutes for $75, 90 minutes for $100, or 120 minutes for $135.

• Therapeutic Swedish Massage: Relax and rejuvenate with a full-body massage tailored to your specific needs. Available in 60 minutes for $75, 90 minutes for $100, or 120 minutes for $135.

• PNF Stretching: Improve flexibility and range of motion with this dynamic stretching technique. Available in 60 minutes for $75.

• Add-ons: Enhance your massage experience with cupping, cold stones, candle wax, or hot stones. Available as an add-on to any service.
